I. Planning
GBL orchestrated the largest banking summit in Ethiopia, bringing together over 500 banking executives from 15 commercial banks. The event featured simultaneous translation in Amharic and English, digital registration systems, and a state-of-the-art LED wall for presentations.
II. Execution
Our team managed complex logistics including VIP transportation, security protocols for government officials, and seamless coordination with multiple hotel departments.
